  • First, we make hiring your DJ entertainment easy with simple flat rate pricing.

  • Second, about 45 days before your wedding day we meet with you to learn all the details and plan a fun wedding reception timeline.

  • Third, about 10 days before your wedding day we check-in with you to verify that none of the details have changed.

  • And finally, We Make Wedding Receptions FUN!  We make sure everyone has fun celebrating with you on wedding day.

Wedding Receptions – What’s Included?

As part of our approach to make hiring your Wedding DJ easy and stress free, Party Boys DJ Show includes everything needed for a fun wedding reception.

  • To begin with you get a great DJ!  A well spoken, well dressed, punctual, engaging, and fun DJ!  Not someone that just pushes play.

  • A neatly set up, great sounding, appropriately sized, sound system for the reception, including a wireless microphone for speeches and/or toasts.

  • Clean and legally obtained music that you select. We may offer suggestions, but you have the final say so on what gets played and what does not.

  • Basic planning documents and VIP access to our private online planning portal.

  • Meet with your DJ approximately 45 days before your big day to go over all the details!

  • Your DJ will contact you about 10 days prior to wedding day to verify that none of the details have changed.

  • On wedding day, you get to relax, get married, and have fun celebrating with everyone!

Ceremony? Lighting? Sure We Do That!

Maybe you need music for the ceremony, or flashing lights for dancing, or lighting for your venue.  Sure, we do that!  Because we offer flat rate pricing it makes adding additional options easy and stress free.

  • Ceremony Music – A second sound system with wireless lapel microphones for the officiant and groom, and all of the music for your ceremony.
  • Room Uplighting – 16 LED based fixtures to accent the natural beauty of your venue.  You pick the color!
  • Dance Floor Lighting – A combination of LED color changing lights and moving effects to add some excitement during dancing.
  • Enhanced Dance Floor Lighting – 2 Truss totems with a computer controlled moving head mounted on top. Used for spotlighting a special dance or adding extra WOW for dancing.
  • Basic Monogram Projection – 30 designs to choose from.  Can be projected on the dance floor, a wall or on the ceiling.  We will help you decide which is best.
